AVAILABILITY
Clinicians determine their quantity of availability for clinics, which can be changed/updated as often as they would like.  The quantity is stored as inventory in the system, which will be automatically updated as clinics are purchased by clients.  There are 3 clinic response formats available: written, audio, and video. Clients will not be able to purchase a "clinic" unless the clinician has availability.  The clinics are limited to a maximum of 15 minutes of performance.

CLINIC FEEDBACK TIMELINE
When a client completes a clinic purchase, the clinician will receive an email notification with a link to the 'clinic form' for that client.  The form will indicate the response format (written, audio, video) the client has purchased as well as the recording the client has uploaded.  The clinics are limited to 15 minutes of performance time.  In an effort to provide time for the clinicians and to create consistency for clients across for the service we suggest a 14 day response window from the date of the submission. 

SPECIALIZATION
All clinicians will be presented under their specific area headings (Choral, Orchestral, Wind Ensemble, Solo Voice, Solo Instrument). In addition, clinicians can indicate areas of specialization which may better help clients find "Expert Clinicians" for specific or particular needs that they may have.

REVENUE
Clinicians will receive payments from Expert Clinician as independent contractors (1099) using one the payment options below.  All of these payment processors offer efficient & secure methods for payments with no-fees for the recipient.

The client cost for the clinics are:

$59 for written comments
$79 for audio recorded comments
$99 for video recorded comments

70% of clinic revenue will be provided to the clinician:

$41.30 for written clinic comments for each 15 minute clinic
$55.30 for audio recording comments for each 15 minute clinic
$69.30 for video recording comments for each 15 minute clinic

30% of clinic revenue will be provided to "Expert Clinician LLC for software development, payment processing, content management, marketing, advertising, bandwidth, and staff.

$17.70 for written clinic comments for each 15 minute clinic
$23.70 for audio recording comments for each 15 minute clinic
$29.70 for video recording comments for each 15 minute clinic

Promotions, sales, or discounts that effect the price of clinics will be at the expense of Expert Clinician LLC., and will not effect the amount the clinician receives in revenue.
